Shell Pearls are a type of imitation pearl made from the inner lining of oyster shells, also known as Mother of Pearl.
The process of making shell pearls involves grinding the Mother of Pearl into a fine powder, shaping it into pearl forms, dyeing it to achieve various colors, and finally coating it with a layer of natural pearl nacre to give it a lustrous appearance.
